Qualification Date

Children five years or older by the 30th of April in a year, and living in our school area, may commence at the beginning of that school year.

Class Allocations

Staff and class allocations are communicated towards the end of the school year.

Curriculum Days

Four curriculum days are provided annually by the Department of School Education for staff development. Notification of these pupil free days will be published as early as possible in our school newsletter.

School Hours

School hours are from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday and children are supervised in the school yard from 8:45 am to 3:45 pm including all recesses.

Daily Breaks

The following breaks are taken during the school day:

Lunch 11:30 - 12:30
Snack 2.10- 2.40

Foundation Timetable

A shortened timetable operates for Foundation during February: Details will be distributed at the commencement of the year.

After School Routine

Please make certain your children are familiar with your after school routine and notify your child's teacher of any changes.

Assembly

Our school has an assembly in our school gym on Fridays where students sing the national anthem and we disseminate school news. It is run by our school's student leaders. Parents and carers are welcome to attend.

School Photo

Arrangements are made each year for a class, individual and school photo. Students are requested to wear school uniform on that day.
