Whole School Performance - We need some help!
Our dynamic Performing Arts Teacher, Ms Sylwia Michalska is on the hunt for a prop for our end of year performance:
If you have a large chest/trunk at home which you’d be happy to part ways with for the rest of the year, we are after at least one with dimensions approximately 120x50x50cm.
Please let the office know if you have anything like this at home.

2024 Parent/Caregiver/Guardian Opinion Survey
PLEASE TELL US WHAT YOU THINK
Our school is conducting the annual Parent / Caregiver / Guardian Opinion Survey offered by the Department of Education and is seeking your feedback. The survey is designed to assist schools in gaining an understanding of families’ perceptions of school climate, student behaviour, and student engagement. The survey is optional, but we encourage and appreciate your participation.
Our school will use the survey results to assist in identifying areas for improvement and professional development needs in the school, to target school planning and improvement strategies.
The survey is live from:
Monday 29 July to Friday 30 August 2024.
The survey will take 20 minutes to complete, and can be accessed at any convenient time on desktop computers, laptops, tablets or smartphones.
The survey is available in English and 10 other languages including Arabic, Greek, Hakha Chin, Hindi, Japanese, Punjabi, Simplified Chinese, Somali, Turkish, and Vietnamese. Resources are also available in additional languages to assist parents / caregivers / guardians who speak a language other than English at home. Please reach out to your child’s teacher, or the school directly for survey guides in your language.
A link and PIN was sent to all parents earlier this week. If you did not receive yours, please contact the school office on 9808 2165.
Thank you in anticipation for your much appreciated contribution.

Year 1 & 2 Potato Olympics
Over the past two weeks, our Year 1 and Year 2 students have had a fantastic time participating in the Potato Olympics! Each student represented one of 6 countries and competed in four exciting events focussing on the Mathematics Strand of measurement:
The students had so much fun learning about measurement in real-life situations and many hard fought medals were earned. The competition was fierce, but it also fostered wonderful
‘cross-national’ (and cross age) friendships. Please enjoy some of our highlight pictures below.
